Shredded Beef Sandwiches

  1. In a 4-cup measuring cup, combine the cola, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, vinegar, bouillon and seasonings; set aside.
  2. Cut roast in half.
  3. In a nonstick skillet, brown meat in oil on all sides.
  4. Place onions in a 3-qt.
  5. slow cooker.
  6. Top with meat.
  7. Pour half of cola mixture over meat.
  8. Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours or until meat is tender.
  9. Cover and refrigerate remaining cola mixture.
  10. Remove meat from cooking liquid, reserving onions and discarding the liquid.
  11. When meat is cool enought to handle, shred with two forks.
  12. Return meat and onions to the slow cooker.
  13. In a small saucepan, combine ketchup an dreserved cola mixture; heat through.
  14. Pour over meat mixture an dheat through.
  15. Serve on rolls.
