Slow-Cooker Italian Shredded Beef Sandwiches
- 2 lb. boneless stewing beef Safeway 1 lb For $5.49 thru 02/09
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1 onion, finely chopped King Sooper's 1 lb For $0.99 thru 02/09
- 1 carrot, finely chopped Target 2 lb For $3.00 thru 02/06
- 1 stalk celery, finely chopped
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can (14-1/2 oz.) diced tomatoes, undrained King Sooper's 1 lb For $0.99 thru 02/09
- 1 can (6 oz.) tomato paste
- 1 Tbsp. Italian seasoning
- 1/4 cup KRAFT Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing
- 8 kaiser rolls
- 1/4 cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
- Toss meat with flour until evenly coated; place in slow cooker.
- Add all remaining ingredients except dressing, rolls and cheese; cover with lid.
- Cook on LOW 8 to 10 hours (or on HIGH 4 to 6 hours).
- Add dressing to ingredients in slow cooker; stir.
- Shred meat with fork.
- Fill rolls with meat mixture; top with cheese.
