Thai Barbecue Chicken and Noodle Salad
- 3 cups Kraft Regular BarBQ Sauce
- 3 cups Kraft Thai Vinaigrette
- grilled chicken breast, diced or cut into strips
- 18 cups cooked ramen, soba or rice noodles, cooled
- 6 cups diced red pepper
- 6 cups diced celery
- 3 cups chopped green onion
- 1 1/2 cups crushed peanuts
- Combine barbecue sauce and vinaigrette.
- Toss dressing with chicken, noodles and vegetables.
- Refrigerate at least 30 minutes before serving.
- Top each serving with 1 Tbsp.
- (15 mL) crushed peanuts.
