Mocha Shotglass Cookies

  1. Preheat the oven to 325.
  2. Mix all the ingredients together.
  3. Drop the dough onto a nonstick baking sheet in 1 inch lumps.
  4. Try make the lumps smooth, because they will bake in exactly the shape you leave them inches.
  5. Bake for 11 minutes.
  6. Cookies should appear like solid balls, slightly stiff on the outside but soft to the touch.
  7. Remove from baking sheet immediately.
  8. Enjoy!
