Balsamic Salmon
- 1 Salmon Filet
- 3 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 clove Garlic
- 2 tbsp Honey
- 2 tbsp Dijon Mustard
- Preheat oven to 400AF.
- Brown garlic in olive oil.
- Then add balsamic vinegar.
- Then add honey and mustard.
- Brush glaze over the salmon.
- Bake for 5 minutes.
- Take it out and add more glaze then bake for another 10 minutes.
- Garnish with parsley and serve.
