Meat Loaf Pinwheel Recipe

• 12"x10" rectangle of foil
• 1 1/2 lbs. grnd beef
• 1 c. soft bread crumbs
• 18 ounce. jar Cheez Whiz cheese spread
• 1 egg
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• 1 1/2 c. cooked rice
• 2 tbsp. minced parsley

1. Combine meat, crumbs, 1/2 cheese spread, egg and salt.
2. Mix lightly.
3. Pat out meat mix to cover 12"x10" rectangle of foil.
4. Combine remaining cheese spread, rice and parsley.
5. Spread over the meat.
6. Roll up.
7. Wrap securely; chill overnight.
8. Cut roll into 8 slices, place in baking dish.
9. Bake 350 degrees for 30 to 35 min or possibly till meat is done.
