Very Berry Healthy Smoothie
- 1 cup Spinach
- 1 cup Raspberries
- 1 cup Blackberries
- 1/3 cup Chocolate whey protein
- 1 tbsp Sunbutter
- 1 Ripe banana
- 4 Ice cubes
- 1 cup Unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- Add liquids first, then powder, Sunbutter, fruit and ice.
- I prefer to use frozen fruit.
- Toss in a blender on liquefy
