Baked Trout With White Wine And Fresh Herbs Recipe

  1. Preheat the oven to 190C/375F/Gas Mark 5.
  2. Place the fish in a lightly oiled ovenproof dish.
  3. Add in white wine and lemon juice.
  4. Bake for 15-20 min.
  5. Remove fish.
  6. Retain juices.
  7. Stir extra virgin olive oil and herbs into the juices.
  8. Serve with boiled potatoes and vegetables.
  9. NOTES : A very healthy and simple dish.
  10. Salmon may be used instead of trout.
