Lemon Ginger Macaroon Cake

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Whisk all the ingredients together except for the flour.
  3. Once well blended, mix in the flour.
  4. Pour into a nonstick pan and bake for 30 to 40 minute.
