Encrusted Brie with Pepper Jelly
- 16 ounces, weight Round Of Brie Cheese
- 10- 1/2 ounces, fluid Green Pepper Jelly, Divided
- 17-13 ounces, weight Puff Pastry
- 1 Tablespoon Water
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Remove packaging of cheese.
- Place 2 tablespoons pepper jelly on top of cheese.
- Pinch sheets of puff pastry into large sheet and cover cheese all over, tucking it in underneath.
- Reserve a little to make any type of decoration on top of cheese.
- Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees F. While cheese is baking, in small bowl, mix the water into remaining pepper jelly.
- Set aside.
- Remove cheese from oven and drizzle jelly mixture over top of puff pastry.
- Bake another 5 minutes.
- Serve warm as appetizer or as side dish with remaining jelly.
