Encrusted Brie with Pepper Jelly

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Remove packaging of cheese.
  3. Place 2 tablespoons pepper jelly on top of cheese.
  4. Pinch sheets of puff pastry into large sheet and cover cheese all over, tucking it in underneath.
  5. Reserve a little to make any type of decoration on top of cheese.
  6. Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees F. While cheese is baking, in small bowl, mix the water into remaining pepper jelly.
  7. Set aside.
  8. Remove cheese from oven and drizzle jelly mixture over top of puff pastry.
  9. Bake another 5 minutes.
  10. Serve warm as appetizer or as side dish with remaining jelly.
