Spinach Dip

  1. Cut top off loaf and Scoop the innards of loaf carefully.
  2. Rip into bite size pieces and toast under grill.
  3. (I bought an extra loaf to make it go further).
  4. Defrost spinach and mix well with other ingredients.
  5. Pour mix into loaf- serve on a large platter with toasted bite sized bread bits, celery sticks and carrot sticks.
  6. Yum!
