Fruity Tuna Pita Salad
- 12 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 (12 ounce) package tuna in water, drained
- 1 (11 ounce) can mandarin oranges, drained
- 1 medium apple, chopped
- 13 cup pecans, chopped
- 1 celery rib, thinly sliced
- 14 cup dried cranberries
- 18 teaspoon salt
- 4 whole wheat pita breads
- 2 34 cups alfalfa sprouts
- In a large bowl, combine mayonnaise and honey.
- Stir in the tuna, organes, apple, pecans, celery, cranberries and salt.
- Serve on pita bread with sprouts.
