Grilled Dark Chocolate Sandwich

  1. Bring evaporated milk just to boil in saucepan on medium-low heat.
  2. Add bittersweet chocolate.
  3. Remove from heat; let stand 1 min.
  4. Whisk until smooth; cool slightly.
  5. Spread bread with butter.
  6. Place 4 bread slices, buttered-sides down, on work surface; spread with chocolate mixture, leaving 1/4-inch border around all sides.
  7. Top with chocolate chips, nuts and remaining bread slices, buttered-sides up.
  8. Cook sandwiches in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat 1 to 2 min.
  9. or until bottoms are golden brown; turn.
  10. Cook 30 sec.
  11. to 1 min.
  12. or just until chocolate filling starts to melt and bottoms of sandwiches are golden brown.
  13. Cut each sandwich into thirds.
