Bean Tahini Dip

  1. Turn food processor on and put garlic through feed tube; process to mince.
  2. Add onion through feed tube and mince.
  3. Open processor and add beans with carrots, tahini, lemon juice and red pepper.
  4. Process to a paste.
  5. Season to taste with salt.
  6. Serve with toasted triangles of pita.
