Peach/Cantaloupe Soup with Blueberries

  1. Peel and slice peaches.
  2. Simmer in orange juice with nutmeg (cinnamon might be good too).
  3. Puree, adding also as you puree: 1/2 large cantaloupe.
  4. Taste the resulting 'soup'.
  5. Thin with orange juice if it seems too thick, add a touch of honey or sugar if your fruit wasn't sweet enough for your taste.
  6. Chill.
  7. Serve garnished with handfuls of fresh blueberries.
