Simple Delicious Homemade Nametake Mushrooms

• 1 large bag Enoki mushrooms
• 1 tsp Sugar
• 1 1/2 tbsp Mirin
• 2 tbsp Soy sauce
• 2 tbsp Sake
• 1 Dashi stock granules

1. Remove the base from the enoki mushrooms.
2. Divide the mushrooms into 3 portions.
3. Put the mirin and sake into a pot and bring it to a boil.
4. Add the sugar, soy sauce, and dashi.
5. Then add the enoki mushrooms and boil for 5 minutes.
