California Stir-Fry

  1. HEAT non-stick frying pan or wok over medium heat.
  2. ADD 2 Tbsp dressing, 1/2 of the soya sauce and chicken to pan.
  3. STIR-FRY until cooked through; remove from pan.
  4. ADD remaining dressing, ginger, garlic and vegetables (excluding bean sprouts) to pan.
  5. Stir-fry until tender.
  6. ADD chicken and bean sprouts to pan; heat through.
  7. Serve over hot cooked instant white rice to complete the meal.
