California Stir-Fry
- 2 Tbsp. Kraft Fat Free Catalina Dressing
- 2 Tbsp. soya sauce, divided
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breast
- 1/2 cup Kraft Fat Free Catalina Dressing
- 1 tsp. fresh chopped ginger
- 1 clove minced garlic
- 3 cups vegetables (red and yellow peppers, broccoli, snow peas and carrots), cut into thin, uniforms pieces Target 2 lb For $3.00 thru 02/06
- 1 cup bean sprouts
- HEAT non-stick frying pan or wok over medium heat.
- ADD 2 Tbsp dressing, 1/2 of the soya sauce and chicken to pan.
- STIR-FRY until cooked through; remove from pan.
- ADD remaining dressing, ginger, garlic and vegetables (excluding bean sprouts) to pan.
- Stir-fry until tender.
- ADD chicken and bean sprouts to pan; heat through.
- Serve over hot cooked instant white rice to complete the meal.
