All-American Parfaits

• 1-1/2 gal. hot water (140F to 160F)
• 1-1/2 pkg. JELL-O Brand Assorted Red Sugar Free Gelatin
• 3 qt. fresh strawberries, sliced
• 3 qt. fresh blueberries
• 3 qt. prepared sugar-free whipped topping

1. Add hot water to gelatin mix; stir until completely dissolved.
2. Pour 1/2 cup gelatin into each of 48 (8-oz.)
3. parfait glasses (or into each of 8 parfait glasses for trial recipe).
4. Refrigerate until firm.
5. Combine fruit.
6. Pipe about 1/4 cup whipped topping over gelatin in each glass; top with 1/2 cup fruit.
