All-American Parfaits

  1. Add hot water to gelatin mix; stir until completely dissolved.
  2. Pour 1/2 cup gelatin into each of 48 (8-oz.)
  3. parfait glasses (or into each of 8 parfait glasses for trial recipe).
  4. Refrigerate until firm.
  5. Combine fruit.
  6. Pipe about 1/4 cup whipped topping over gelatin in each glass; top with 1/2 cup fruit.
