All-American Parfaits
- 1-1/2 gal. hot water (140F to 160F)
- 1-1/2 pkg. JELL-O Brand Assorted Red Sugar Free Gelatin
- 3 qt. fresh strawberries, sliced
- 3 qt. fresh blueberries
- 3 qt. prepared sugar-free whipped topping
- Add hot water to gelatin mix; stir until completely dissolved.
- Pour 1/2 cup gelatin into each of 48 (8-oz.)
- parfait glasses (or into each of 8 parfait glasses for trial recipe).
- Refrigerate until firm.
- Combine fruit.
- Pipe about 1/4 cup whipped topping over gelatin in each glass; top with 1/2 cup fruit.
