Salami and Italian Pepper Pizza
- 1/4 recipe Perfect Parmesan Pizza Dough
- 1 cup CLASSICO Traditional Pizza Sauce
- 1-1/2 cups KRAFT Shredded Mozzarella Cheese, divided
- 6 slices OSCAR MAYER Hard Salami
- 4 pepperoncini peppers
- 1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
- Heat oven to 450 degrees F.
- Roll Perfect Parmesan Pizza Dough into 12-inch round on lightly floured surface.
- Transfer to baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray.
- Spread dough with sauce to within 1/2 inch of edge; top with 1 cup cheese, salami, peppers and mushrooms.
- Bake 10 min.
- Top with remaining cheese; bake 8 to 10 min.
- or until cheese is melted and edge of crust is golden brown.
