Salami and Italian Pepper Pizza

  1. Heat oven to 450 degrees F.
  2. Roll Perfect Parmesan Pizza Dough into 12-inch round on lightly floured surface.
  3. Transfer to baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray.
  4. Spread dough with sauce to within 1/2 inch of edge; top with 1 cup cheese, salami, peppers and mushrooms.
  5. Bake 10 min.
  6. Top with remaining cheese; bake 8 to 10 min.
  7. or until cheese is melted and edge of crust is golden brown.
