Beer chicken tenderloins
- 12 oz bourbon stout
- 2 tbsp tabasco smoked hot sauce
- 3 tbsp rosemarry
- 2 tbsp paprika
- 2 lb chicken tenderloins
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Mix all spices and the beer in a bowl.
- Add the chicken and let it sit over night.
- If you want the same day 1h1/2.
- Take the chicken out put it on a searing pan.
- Once served few dashes of smoked hot sauce on the chicken.
- The tenderloins are small so it will not take long to cook.
