Broccoli, Ham and Macaroni Casserole
- 8 ounces macaroni
- 10 ounces frozen chopped broccoli, cooked
- 2 cups ham, cubed
- 12 cup butter
- 14 cup flour
- 2 12 cups milk
- 34 cup grated cheese
- 1 teaspoon grated onion
- 12 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 18 teaspoon pepper
- buttered bread crumb
- Cook macaroni according to package directions.
- Melt butter in saucepan and blend in flour with whisk.
- Cook for a minute.
- Add milk and stir until sauce thickens.
- Add grated cheese, onion and mustard to sauce mixture and fold in mayonnaise.
- Combine noodles, broccoli, ham and sauce, season with salt and pepper.
- Pour into greased 2 quart casserole and top with buttered bread crumbs.
- Bake at 375 for 25-30 minutes.
