Lumpia

  1. Partially cook string beans, then blanch.
  2. Partially cook potato, peel then dice.
  3. Mix the ground beef with the carrot, beans, onion, potato, garlic, salt and pepper.
  4. Cut egg roll wrappers in half.
  5. Place 1 Tablespoon filling in center of each wrapper.
  6. Roll up halfway, tightly, and fold ends inward.
  7. Seal last third with water to make edges stick.
  8. Deep fry until golden.
