Fresh Orange-Clove Tart

  1. Combine biscuit crumbs and butter; press onto bottom and up side of 9-1/2-inch tart pan with removable bottom.
  2. Refrigerate 20 min.
  3. Meanwhile, add boiling water to jelly powder in large bowl; stir 2 min.
  4. until completely dissolved.
  5. Stir in orange zest, juice and cloves; cool.
  6. Beat pudding mix and milk in medium bowl with whisk 2 min.
  7. Stir in jelly mixture; pour into crust.
  8. Place on rimmed baking sheet.
  9. Refrigerate 3 hours or until firm.
  10. Remove tart from rim of pan.
  11. Top with Cool Whip.
