Fresh Orange-Clove Tart
- 10 shortcake biscuits, finely crushed (about 1-1/4 cups)
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1-1/2 cups boiling water
- 1 pkg. (85 g) Jell-O Orange Jelly Powder
- 1 tsp. zest and 1/3 cup juice from 1 navel orange
- 1/4 tsp. ground cloves
- 1 pkg. (4-serving size) Jell-O Vanilla Instant Pudding
- 1 cup cold milk
- 1-1/4 cups thawed Cool Whip Whipped Topping
- Combine biscuit crumbs and butter; press onto bottom and up side of 9-1/2-inch tart pan with removable bottom.
- Refrigerate 20 min.
- Meanwhile, add boiling water to jelly powder in large bowl; stir 2 min.
- until completely dissolved.
- Stir in orange zest, juice and cloves; cool.
- Beat pudding mix and milk in medium bowl with whisk 2 min.
- Stir in jelly mixture; pour into crust.
- Place on rimmed baking sheet.
- Refrigerate 3 hours or until firm.
- Remove tart from rim of pan.
- Top with Cool Whip.
