Peanut Butter-Chocolate Bread Pudding

  1. Heat oven to 350F.
  2. Spread cut-side of 1 bread piece with peanut butter; reassemble loaf.
  3. Cut into 2-inch cubes; spread onto bottom of 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray.
  4. Beat pudding mixes, sugar and milk with whisk 2 min.
  5. ; pour over bread.
  6. Press bread into pudding with back of spoon.
  7. Let stand 5 min.
  8. Top with chocolate.
  9. Bake 45 min.
  10. or until top is golden brown and center is almost set.
  11. Cool slightly.
  12. Serve topped with COOL WHIP.
