Chicken & Black Bean Quesadillas

  1. Heat oven to 375F.
  2. Combine all quesadilla ingredients in bowl except tortillas and butter.
  3. Spread about 1/4 cup filling onto half of each tortilla; fold in half.
  4. Brush both sides of each tortilla with butter.
  5. Place filled tortillas onto ungreased baking sheets.
  6. Bake 10-15 minutes or until heated through.
  7. Cut each quesadilla into 3 wedges.
  8. Serve with desired toppings.
