Sour Cream-Less Sour Cream Enchiladas

  1. Brown chicken and saute onions.
  2. Combine with Chile powder, pepper and salt.
  3. Spoon enough meat mixture onto tortillas to cover half.
  4. Cover tortillas/enchiladas with sauce.
  5. Put extra cheese on top if desired.
  6. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.
