Fluffy Pudding Icing

• 1 pkg. (4-serving size) Jell-O Chocolate Instant Pudding
• 1 cup cold milk
• 1/4 cup icing sugar
• 3 cups thawed Cool Whip Whipped Topping
• 36 prepared chocolate cupcakes

1. Beat pudding mix, milk and sugar in large bowl with whisk 2 min.
2. Stir in Cool Whip.
3. Spread onto cupcakes immediately or store icing covered in refrigerator up to 24 hours.
