Spicy & Chunky Guacamole

  1. Bring a medium saucepan of salted water to a bowl.
  2. Add peas: Simmer frozen peas for 1 minute.
  3. Drain, and rinse with cold water.
  4. Drain again and cool.
  5. Place avocados and lime juice in a medium bowl and mash avocados with a fork.
  6. Add peas, Chopped onions, Chopped cilantro, and sliced jalapenos.
  7. Season to taste with salt.
  8. Serve immediately with tortilla chips.
