Spicy & Chunky Guacamole
- 1 14 cups frozen peas
- 2 ripe avocados, halved, pitted, and peeled
- 1 -2 tablespoon lime juice
- 14 cup chopped red onion
- 1 garlic clove
- 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro
- 1 small jalapeno pepper, seeded and thinly sliced

- Bring a medium saucepan of salted water to a bowl.
- Add peas: Simmer frozen peas for 1 minute.
- Drain, and rinse with cold water.
- Drain again and cool.
- Place avocados and lime juice in a medium bowl and mash avocados with a fork.
- Add peas, Chopped onions, Chopped cilantro, and sliced jalapenos.
- Season to taste with salt.
- Serve immediately with tortilla chips.
