Vegetarian Pita Pockets
- 1 cup chopped fresh broccoli
- 1 cup KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 3/4 cup canned chickpeas (garbanzo beans), drained, rinsed
- 1/4 cup KRAFT Light Cucumber Ranch Dressing
- 4 whole wheat pita breads, cut in half
- 4 large lettuce leaves
- Toss broccoli, cheese, beans and dressing.
- Line pita bread halves with lettuce; fill with broccoli mixture.
