Tuna Mini Melts with Rosemary

  1. Mash tuna with finely chopped shallot, rosemary and black pepper.
  2. Quarter the sliced cheese.
  3. Build mini sammies of bread, cheese, tuna, cheese, bread.
  4. Melt butter in skillet over medium heat.
  5. Grill sandwiches on both sides until golden.
  6. Remove from skillet and serve.
