Best Ever Coconut Cake Recipe

  1. Preheat oven to temperature recommended on cake mix box.
  2. Combine oil, cake mix, Large eggs, water, & 3/4 of the coconut.
  3. Mix well but it will be lumpy.
  4. Pour into one large cake pan.
  5. Bake for 30 minutes.
  6. Remove cake from oven, & while still warm, poke holes in cake.
  7. Pour the cream of coconut over the entire cake.
  8. Allow to cold.
  9. Mix remaining coconut with the Cold Whip & frost cake when cold.
  10. Keep cake refigerated.
  11. Cream of coconut can be found in Oriental foodstores & in with liquor drink mixes in supermarkets.
