2 Ingredient Tofu Scones

  1. Puree the tofu.
  2. Use a whisk for silken tofu and a food processor for firm tofu.
  3. (You may want to add a little bit of water when using a food processor.)
  4. Add pancake mix to the tofu, mix well to combine.
  5. Fold in the chocolate chips.
  6. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and drop on dollops of dough using a spoon or other implement.
  7. Bake in an oven preheated to 180C for 15 minutes, and they're done.
