Game Day Buffalo Hot Wings

  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.
  2. Remove the tips of the wings and discard.
  3. Using a knife, separate the wings at the joint.
  4. Bake wings for 15 minutes, then flip.
  5. Continue to bake for another 15 minutes until crispy.
  6. In a medium bowl, whisk together together hot sauce, butter, and salt.
  7. Toss the cooked wings in the hot sauce mixture until fully coated.
  8. Serve with blue cheese or ranch dressing and celery sticks.
