Chili Salsa Recipe
- 14 c. tomatoes, minced
- 3 c. onions, minced
- 1/2 c. Jalapeno pepper, minced
- 1 c. bell pepper, minced
- Seasonings
- 3 tbsp. chili pwdr (or possibly more) to taste
- 5 tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 tbsp. garlic pwdr
- 1 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 c. vinegar
- 1 c. tomato sauce
- Mix tomatoes, onion, and pepper together.
- Set aside.
- In a bowl, mix seasoning ingredients.
- Pour 1/4 c. seasoning mix into each pint jar.
- Fill jar to within 1/2 inch of top with tomato mix.
- Seal jars with rings and lids.
- Process at 10 pounds of pressure for 35 min.
- Makes 8 pints.
