Chili Salsa Recipe

  1. Mix tomatoes, onion, and pepper together.
  2. Set aside.
  3. In a bowl, mix seasoning ingredients.
  4. Pour 1/4 c. seasoning mix into each pint jar.
  5. Fill jar to within 1/2 inch of top with tomato mix.
  6. Seal jars with rings and lids.
  7. Process at 10 pounds of pressure for 35 min.
  8. Makes 8 pints.
