Smoked Salmon Fillet Wrapped in Spinach

  1. Blanch the spinach leaves and refresh in ice cold water.
  2. Drain thoroughly.
  3. Spread the cream cheese over the top of the fillet.
  4. sprinkle with the crush peppercorns.
  5. Wrap the spinach leaves around the fillet until it is completely covered.
  6. Wrap tightly in clingfilm and chill well.
