Halloween Poke Cake

  1. Prepare cake batter and bake in 13x9-inch pan as directed on package.
  2. Cool cake in pan 15 min.
  3. Pierce cake with large fork at 1/2-inch intervals.
  4. Add boiling water to dry jelly powder in small bowl; stir 2 min.
  5. until completely dissolved.
  6. Stir in cold water; pour over cake.
  7. Refrigerate 3 hours.
  8. Tint Cool Whip with food colourings; spread onto cake.
  9. Refrigerate 1 hour.
  10. Decorate with sprinkles just before serving.
