Easy Jambalaya Recipe
- 2 pound sausage
- 1 med. onion, finely minced
- 4 c. water
- Worcestershire sauce and 57 steak sauce
- Tabasco warm sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 c. uncooked rice
- Chop sausage and brown; add in onions, Worcestershire sauce and 57 sauce, salt and pepper, stirring constantly.
- Put your 4 c. water and 2 c. rice.
- Cover and cook 20 to 25 min.
