Spanish rice

  1. Dice olives into small pieces
  2. Add oil, sofrito, and peas to pot over medium flame.
  3. Let simmer for a minute
  4. Add rice, sazon, and olives.
  5. Mix well
  6. Once everything is mixed well add the water.
  7. Stir until it comes to a boil
  8. reduce heat add lid and complete process as if cooking regular white rice
