Juniper Tea Fizz

• 2 ounces chilled club soda
• 1 ounce fresh lime juice
• 1 ounce Juniper Syrup
• 1 large egg white
• Ice
• 2 ounces chilled brewed green tea
• 1 orchid or 1 lime wheel skewered with a juniper berry, for garnish

1. In a cocktail shaker, combine the tea, lime juice, Juniper Syrup and egg white and shake well.
2. Add ice and shake again.
3. Pour through a fine strainer into a chilled fizz glass.
4. Stir in the club soda; garnish with an orchid or a skewered lime wheel.
