Shredded Southwest Pork Roast for Tacos

  1. season roast with salt & pepper
  2. mix together cumin, chili powder & oregano
  3. rub onto roast
  4. cook in a slow cooker on low.
  5. when done, shred:)
  6. Add some fresh cilantro & a squeeze of lime
