Pork Thai Stir-Fry

  1. COMBINE first three ingredients to make sauce; add 2 Tbsp (25 mL) of sauce to large frypan.
  2. On medium-high heat, stir-fry pork until cooked through; remove from pan and set aside.
  3. ADD remaining sauce and all vegetables to frypan.
  4. Stir-fry on medium-high heat 1 minute.
  5. Add pork and cook just until heated through.
  6. Serve over rice.
