Cranberry-Blackberry Relish

  1. Heat the oil in a medium saucepan over medium heat.
  2. Add the onions and jalapeno and cook until soft.
  3. Add the ginger and cook for 1 minute.
  4. Add the orange juice, sugar, and half the bag of cranberries.
  5. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the berries pop and are soft.
  6. Add the remaining cranberries and cook 1 minute.
  7. Remove from the heat, add the blackberries, honey, to taste, orange zest, and parsley.
  8. Season with salt and pepper.
