Rich Chocolate Banana Tart

• 1 refer to Chocolate banana tart
• 200 ml Heavy cream (35-47% milk fat)
• 1 tbsp Sugar
• 1 Cocoa powder
• 1 Custard Cream

1. Add the sugar to the heavy cream to a bowl and whip until stiff peaks form.
2. Prepare the chocolate banana tart.
3. Refer tofor further instructions.
4. Spread the whipped cream on top of the bananas and smooth it out.
5. Then sprinkle some cocoa powder over the top with a tea strainer to finish.
