Eileen'S Fruit Cake

  1. Cream butter and sugar, add eggs (1 at a time).
  2. Add pineapple juice and flavorings.
  3. Mix well.
  4. Add half flour ingredients.
  5. Mix other half flour with chopped fruits and nuts. Mix all together.
  6. Pour into greased and foiled tube pan (grease pan then line with foil) and grease again.
  7. Bake at 275u0b0 for 3-4 hours.
