Pickled mushrooms Recipe

  1. Combine all ingredients except mushrooms in a small saucepan.
  2. Bring to a boil.
  3. Add the mushrooms.
  4. Simmer five to six minutes.
  5. Chill in a covered bowl for several hours, stirring occasionally.
  6. Pull out of the refrigerator 30 minutes or so before serving.

red wine vinegar, salad oil, onion, salt, mustard, parsley flakes, brown sugar, mushroom crowns
