Almond Chicken Salad

  1. Combine mayonnaise, chives, lemon juice, coriander, nutmeg, and cayenne pepper.
  2. Mix in chicken, celery, grapes, red onion, salt and pepper.
  3. Refrigerate an hour or two to allow flavors to blend.
  4. Stir in almonds, taste, and adjust seasoning.
