Comforting Steak Soup

  1. Brown ground beef over med-high heat in a dutch oven.
  2. Add onions, carrots, celery and garlic.
  3. cook 10-12 minutes until veggies are softened.
  4. Add chicken broth, tomatoes, worchestershire, red pepper sauce, and ground pepper.
  5. Bring to a boil.
  6. Reduce heat, cover and simmer 15 minutes.
  7. Meanwhile melt butter in small saucepan.
  8. Stir in flour.
  9. Cook over medium-high heat, stirring until golden brown.
  10. Whisk into soup.
  11. Cover and simmer 15 minutes more.
