BBQ Beef Cheese Melts

  1. Slice buns in half and then spread on horseradish sauce or mayo, whichever you prefer.
  2. Use as much or as little sauce as you like.
  3. Then add a layer of roast beef.
  4. I like a lot of beef so I use quite a bit.
  5. Then drizzle on some of your favorite BBQ sauce and top with some shredded cheese, either marble or cheddar is perfect.
  6. Put under the broiler for 5 mins, or until cheese is bubbly and enjoy!
