BBQ Beef Cheese Melts
- 1 whole Buns
- 2 Tablespoons Horseradish Sauce (or You Could Use Mayonnaise Too If You Don't Care For Horseradish)
- 1/2 cups Beef Shredded Or Slices Of Deli Roast Beef
- 2 Tablespoons BBQ Sauce
- 1/2 cups Shredded Cheese
- Slice buns in half and then spread on horseradish sauce or mayo, whichever you prefer.
- Use as much or as little sauce as you like.
- Then add a layer of roast beef.
- I like a lot of beef so I use quite a bit.
- Then drizzle on some of your favorite BBQ sauce and top with some shredded cheese, either marble or cheddar is perfect.
- Put under the broiler for 5 mins, or until cheese is bubbly and enjoy!
