Smokey's Pork BBQ

  1. Boil roast with 1 tablespoon of salt on medium for approximately 2 hrs or until done (don't overcook).
  2. Brown onion in butter.
  3. Add remaining ingredients.
  4. Simmer sauce for 30 minutes.
  5. Remove roast and let cool until you can work with it.
  6. Shred, removing as much fat as possible.
  7. Add sauce and mix well.
  8. Serve on buns or as a side.
