Butterscotch Toffee Cookies

  1. Mix shortening and both sugars with electric mixer.
  2. Add vanilla extract and egg.
  3. Mix well.
  4. Mix flour, baking soda, and salt into the mixture.
  5. Stir in butterscotch chips and toffee bits.
  6. Drop cookies onto a pan (parchment paper recommended).
  7. Bake at 350F for 10 minutes until golden around edges.
  8. For a higher yield, simply double ingredients and follow same steps.
